She’s been getting a lot of hate especially on Twitter from people who have read/gotten spoiled for EoS. She works so hard to write books for us, and she doesn’t deserve all of this hate (or 1 star ratings from people who haven’t even read the book) So this is me saying I’ll always support her no matter what happens in EoS
Sometimes I get ‘readers-block’, like I can’t read anything to save my life, I’ll start 10 books and stop each after seven pages because all I’ll want is to already have read that book and not actually read it and I won’t be able to focus at all and it pains me so much.
OHMYGOD YOU PUT THAT THING I FEEL INTO WORDS
I don’t think people understand that I don’t just want books to read them - even having them around makes me feel better. Stacks of books on my desk and a paperback in my hands, even just seeing a book, it makes me feel calm and safe, their presence is magic.

I only seem to ever get a book hangover from Sarah J Maas books, and the only way to get out of them is to read another Sarah J Maas book.
So basically anything Sarah publishes, I am on that shit but then I will most likely regret reading it because the cycle starts all over again buT I ALSO DON’T REGRET READING IT BECAUSE IT’S FUCKING SARAH J MAAS

Everyone has different tastes. Just be happy they find an escape in reading, same as you. I hate when I see people bashing someone else for loving Twilight, or because they haven’t read Harry Potter. There are thousands upon thousands of books. Everyone has their own thing.
Just encourage reading, guys.
